Return & Exchange Policy

Shipping Policy

I aim to get your parcel to UK addresses within fourteen working days from ordering. If you require faster delivery or delivery to other parts of the world then feel free to email me and I will get back to you as quickly as possible to accommodate your needs or answer any queries.

Any issue that might arise concerning Costumers and Tax in the client's country should be resolved by the buyer. I will do my best to help solving any problems.

Satis sum Art accepts returns within 14 days of the client receiving it.

To initiate a return, please email teiapeters@satissum.art and include the following information:

-Your name

-The title of the piece

-The date of purchase

-The purchase price (please include a screenshot or photo of the receipt if applicable)

-The reason for requesting a return

-If the art arrived damaged, please include a photo of the damage.

Satis sum Art will provide a paid shipping label for you to return the piece. Please return it in the original packaging if possible. Your refund will be processed when the return has been received. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
