Service Description

Five days of pure joy with three styles of Yoga; Meditation in situ and walking in the woods; Qigong; breathwork; Conscious dance; celebration around fire; sightseeing; thermal pool; fresh water pool and swimming pool; visit to Saturnia sulfuric thermal pools and to Pitigliano the medieval town with reminicent of Etruscan sites. The package includes:  Flight with Ryanair from London - Stansted to Perugia on 14th September/25 – and Perugia to Stansted on 19th September/25.  Stay for 5 nights at the Termi di Sorano SPA, address: Localita Fileta, 25 – Cerreto – 58010 – Sorano – GR – Toscana – Italy. The stay includes one private bedroom in the shared Villa; breakfast, dinners (including water and wine) and a light lunch that might happen in situ or outside the SPA. The use of the three swimming pools: one of fresh natural water, one of thermal natural water and one normal swimming pool; sunbath beds; tennis court. The package do not includes the sauna and massage, but it can be purchased privately during the stay;  The transportation from the airport to the SPA and SPA to airport.  The classes: 5 activities a day including: yoga: hatha, vinyasa and yin, Qigong, breath-work, conscious dance, meditation, walking meditation in the woods, circle talk around fire.  The transportation to sightseeing to Pitigliano and the visit and access to bath in the Saturnia’s sulfuric water.
